These terms govern use of WP Schema Plugin and related services, operated by Best Business Development Ltd (company number 15815969), of Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. They are a practical draft for the website migration, not legal advice or a statement of legal review.

Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, installing or using WP Schema Plugin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the plugin.

Licence

Subject to a valid purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the plugin on the number of WordPress sites included in your selected licence tier. You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly share licence credentials unless we expressly permit it.

Licence keys

A valid API or licence key may be required for activation. Keep it confidential and use it only in accordance with your purchase. We may suspend or revoke a key where we reasonably believe it has been misused.

Schema Catalog

The Schema Catalog may include community-contributed content. Review any schema before publishing it. Contributors are responsible for the content they submit and grant us a non-exclusive right to host, display and distribute it through the catalog.

Advanced features

Features that allow PHP-function execution are intended for experienced users. You are responsible for testing changes and maintaining the security of your own WordPress environment.

Third-party services

The plugin is designed to work with WordPress and may integrate with other products, including Magic Page Plugin. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, host or third-party plugin. Third-party services are subject to their own terms.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed through PayKickstart. Refund eligibility and payment conditions are governed by the checkout terms and any applicable consumer rights. Before publishing, confirm the intended refund policy and add it here if a separate policy applies.

Disclaimers and liability

The plugin is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing your markup, testing your site and complying with search-engine, platform and legal requirements. We do not promise search rankings, rich-result eligibility or uninterrupted service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Before publishing, have the limitation-of-liability language reviewed for the operator’s jurisdiction and legal entity.

Changes and contact
